Christopher B. Chandor

Christopher B. Chandor is the Chief Executive Officer of Penn's Grant Corporation, a well established investment real estate firm headquartered in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA. The company is involved in the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate. As a licensed real estate broker, Mr. Chandor is also the President of Doylestown Real Estate, Inc. Mr. Chandor was a practicing real estate and business attorney for 50 years.

Mr. Chandor currently serves on the Board of Directors of Heritage Conservancy. As a member and past chairman for more than 30 years, he has concentrated his interests and efforts in the areas of open space preservation and sustainable agriculture. Mr. Chandor and his wife Whitney have resided at Hickory Hill, their Upper Makefield Township farm for 35 years. They have demonstrated their commitment to land preservation by placing a conservation easement upon the vast majority of the farm’s land area.

Mr. Chandor is a prior member of the Board of Directors of First Bank and the former Bucks County Bank. He serves as a trustee for the Coast Guard Foundation, a national non-profit. He has previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Solebury School. Mr. Chandor received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in 1968 and his J.D. degree from Villanova Law School in 1972.

H. Christopher DelPlato

H. Christopher DelPlato is the President of Penn's Grant Corporation. Prior to joining the company in 2003, Mr. DelPlato was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City, where he was employed from 1998 to 2003. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. DelPlato specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, primarily involving financial institutions. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. DelPlato was an Associate at the investment banking firm of Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated in Baltimore. Mr. DelPlato received an MBA from The University of Virginia's Darden School of Graduate Business Administration, a law degree from the The University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.

Diane M. Weaver

Diane M. Weaver has been employed as Controller of Penn's Grant Corporation since November 2022. Prior to joining the company, Diane worked in a variety of accounting and finance roles, including controllership, financial reporting, FP&A, internal audit and financial/operational analysis for over thirty years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider University in 1987 as well as an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University in 1993

Ann M. Von Bueren

Ann M. Von Bueren joined Penn’s Grant Corporation in June 2006 as Property Manager for the company’s Doylestown Real Estate, Inc. division. Prior to joining the company, Ann was the Property Administrator at Heritage Property Management (a division of Heritage Building Group). For several years prior, Ann assisted in Facility Management in the Property Department at Abington Memorial Hospital. Ann received her Paralegal certificate from the Main Line Paralegal Institute and is a graduate of Bucks County Community College.
