Christopher B. Chandor

Christopher B. Chandor founded Penn's Grant Corporation in 1972 and serves as the company's President. Mr. Chandor has a broad base of development and investment experience in commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Mr. Chandor is also a practicing real estate attorney and a member of the Bars of Bucks County and Pennsylvania. He also serves as President and Broker of Record for Doylestown Real Estate, Inc., a brokerage firm that deals exclusively with leasing, sales and management of commercial and industrial properties. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Heritage Conservancy and was a founder and, until its recent acquisition, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of First County Bank. Mr. Chandor received his law degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University.

H. Christopher DelPlato

H. Christopher DelPlato has been employed as Executive Vice President of Penn's Grant Corporation since April 2003. Prior to joining the company, Mr. DelPlato was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City, where he was employed from 1998 to 2003. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. DelPlato specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, primarily involving financial institutions. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. DelPlato was an Associate at the investment banking firm of Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated in Baltimore. Mr. DelPlato received an MBA from The University of Virginia's Darden School of Graduate Business Administration, a law degree from the The University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.

Barbara F. Mattingly

Barbara F. Mattingly has been employed as Controller of Penn's Grant Corporation since August 1998. Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Mattingly worked throughout the U.S. in various aspects of accounting for over thirty years. Mrs. Mattingly received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana/Purdue Extension in Indianapolis, Indiana, with further studies in Accounting at Adelphi University in New York.

Ann M. Von Bueren

Ann M. Von Bueren joined Penn’s Grant Corporation in June 2006 as Property Manager for the company’s Doylestown Real Estate, Inc. division. Prior to joining the company, Ann was the Property Administrator at Heritage Property Management (a division of Heritage Building Group). For several years prior, Ann assisted in Facility Management in the Property Department at Abington Memorial Hospital. Ann received her Paralegal certificate from the Main Line Paralegal Institute and is a graduate of Bucks County Community College.
